Trained in theatre and seasoned through mainstream television and films, Dev's storytelling is rooted in character, emotion, and structure. His transition into micro-dramas and story platforms is not a shift in ambition, but an adaptation of cinematic direction to modern formats.

He is fluent in Hindi, Bhojpuri, and English, and is a lifetime member of IFTDA (Membership No. 5590).

At BVR Productions, Dev serves as a lead Director and Co-Producer, shaping the company's film and digital storytelling vision.

Dev has directed multiple micro-drama titles for Kuku TV, applying cinematic pacing, visual grammar, and strong character arcs a key reason for high retention and audience connect. Dev has also directed story-based content for Story TV platforms, where story integrity and moral resolution are critical
